The aviation industry is re-bouncing after COVID-19 and actually enjoying unprecedented demand at any market level and in every segment. At the same time, however, the aviation industry is facing unprecedented economic, geo- and socio-political as well as regulatory challenges. In the face of these challenges, dispute risks increase as well. In the year 2022, the Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation (HCAA) was established to provide the industry with a neutral platform for more effective and efficient ways to manage and resolve disputes.
On March 30, 2023, I will have the pleasure and honor to contribute to a presentation of the HCAA to the aviation community and to dispute resolution professionals at an event hosted by the HCAA and the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI).
