The European Law Student’s Association will organize the 6th edition of its Summer Law School on Dispute Resolution in Vienna in the first week of August 2017. The one week program provides selected students from all over the world with an in-depth introduction to international arbitration and litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution methods. The faculty comprises leading practitioners in their respective fields.
Of all 45 summer programs offered by ELSA together with its partners at the law schools of Dubai, Cambridge, and Oxford, the Summer Law School on Dispute Resolution has proven to be the most popular. Several hundred students from all over the world applied for the limited seats in the program.
Johannes Willheim, partner in Jones Day’s Global Disputes Practice, will teach a full day workshop on international arbitration, participate in a panel discussion, and render a keynote speech at the program’s graduation ceremony. Mr. Willheim has contributed to this program since its inception.
