Analytical tools, such as early case assessment, decision tree analysis or big data predictive analysis, are increasingly used to determine the strategy for managing and/or resolving individual or classes of disputes.
In the context of the World Café Series which is a part of the Vienna Arbitration Days, we will elaborate which analytical tools are already commonly used in practice and share experience from using such tools. Moreover, we will develop an outlook of how the use of such tools will shape the future work of different types of dispute professionals.
