Effective Dispute Resolution Professionals endorse various dispute resolution methods equally. They understand that each dispute is different and requires an individual approach to be resolved most efficiently and effectively.

The IBA-VIAC Mediation and Negotiation Competition is an important contributor to the training of modern Dispute Resolution Professionals.

As Co-Chair of the International Advisory Committee of the IBA-VIAC CDRC I am committed to contribute to this important mission.

This week we start with presenting the CDRC International Advisory Committee members.
